To improve performance there will be a change in the contract of employment for the following:
all members of governments, representatives of the people and government officials also and including families and dependents.
They are from henceforth
To be housed in the lowest standard of accommodation available.
To receive the poorest health and education provision that a country has to offer.
They will always travel by public transport.
To equalise the standard of living within a country, their incomes will always be the lowest.
During times of conflict all will be situated in the area of most danger, excluding families and dependents,
